Céline Raffray

Céline Raffray is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Bristol Myers Squibb since May 2015. In addition to this role, Céline has held multiple leadership positions within the company, including Executive Director of Global HRBP for Cell Therapy Development & Operations and Global Lead for Executive Talent Acquisition. Prior to joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Céline led Talent Acquisition for EMEA, Russia, and Asia Pacific at Novartis Consumer Health and served as Head of Recruiting and Placement for the EMEA region at MERCK KGaA. With earlier roles at MILLIPORE and extensive experience as an HR consultant, Céline possesses a comprehensive background in recruiting, talent management, and strategic HR initiatives. Céline holds a Master's degree in HR, management, finances, and labour law from IAE.
