With over two decades of experience across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, Elizabeth brings a dynamic and collaborative leadership style that blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver measurable outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments.

Currently, serving as Executive Director at Bristol Myers Squibb, Elizabeth is leading the International Omnichannel Strategy organisation responsible for strategic omnichannel planning and pull through of orchestrated and integrated customer engagement strategies that align with the evolving needs of healthcare professionals and patients across international markets.

Prior to BMS, Elizabeth held pivotal roles at Pfizer, leading multichannel marketing initiatives for oncology and rare diseases across Europe. Led the eMarketing division (digital delivery hub) for Specialty Care, delivering cost-effective, scalable, and innovative digital solutions that enhanced brand visibility, accelerated speed to market, and strengthened customer interactions.

Elizabeth began her career in consulting with IBM Global Business Services, PwC, and Coopers & Lybrand—an experience that sharpened her strategic thinking and ability to drive transformation in regulated, high-stakes environments.
