Heather Vezina

Heather Vezina is a highly experienced professional in the field of clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics. With a career spanning over two decades, Heather Vezina held various leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb from May 2017 to October 2022, including Senior Director and Director of Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics. Prior to that, Heather Vezina served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, focusing on PK/PD modeling and simulation. At the University of Minnesota, from January 2002 to January 2010, Heather Vezina was the Director of the Antiviral Pharmacology Research Laboratory and held a joint appointment as Assistant Professor in Laboratory Medicine and Pathology. Earlier in Heather Vezina's career, a residency in HIV/AIDS and Infectious Diseases was completed at Erie County Medical Center and involved clinical pharmacology within the Adult AIDS Clinical Trials Group Unit. Education credentials include a Ph.D. in Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics from the University of Minnesota and a Pharm.D. from the University at Buffalo.
