Ian Laudor

Ian Laudor serves as the Senior Manager of Cell Therapy Digital Platform in IT Service Management at Bristol Myers Squibb since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Global IT Service Delivery Manager at Bausch Health Companies Inc. from August 2022 to September 2023. Ian's extensive experience at Novartis spanned nearly a decade, during which time roles included Service Integration Expert - Infrastructure, Associate Director of Solutions Operations Expert in IT Tools and Services Operations, Associate Director of Lead Operations Management focused on Change Management, and Associate Director Team Leader in Global IT Service Integration & Management. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from St. John's University, completed in December 1993, and graduated from New Dorp High School in December 1989.
