Ivan Chan

Ivan Chan serves as the Vice President and Head of Oncology Biostatistics at Bristol Myers Squibb since April 2021, where responsibilities include leading global biostatistical support for oncology development and overseeing the Statistical Methodology and Study Design Innovation & Optimization team. Previously, Ivan held significant roles at AbbVie, including Vice President and Head of Hematology Biostatistics and Vice President of Global Statistical Sciences. Ivan also accumulated extensive experience at Merck as Executive Director of Late Development Statistics. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biostatistics from the University of Minnesota and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Statistics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
