Kasia Urbanska

Kasia Urbanska is an accomplished executive in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Executive Director of Strategy and Business Development at Bristol Myers Squibb. Previously, Kasia held several key positions at Bristol Myers Squibb, including Senior Director of Business Development in Cell Therapy and Director of Business Development for Search & Evaluation in Cell Therapy and Business Development Transactions. Kasia also contributed to IO-Oncology Lung at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Earlier in the career, Kasia was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Jagiellonian University after earning a medical degree from Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine.
