Lisa A. Atkins

Lisa A. Atkins currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Corporate Governance and Securities Law at Bristol Myers Squibb since November 2019, after holding the position of Senior Corporate Counsel in the same area from April 2016 to April 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Assurant and as a Corporate Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where Lisa focused on Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities, and Corporate Governance. Early professional experience includes summer associate positions at Neuberger Berman and Lehman Brothers, working on corporate advisory matters related to compliance and risk management. Lisa holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration from Boston University.
