Lora Hamuro

Lora Hamuro is an accomplished professional in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Lora served as Senior Director at Bristol Myers Squibb from May 2018 to October 2022, following previous roles as Director and Associate Director in the same field. Prior to this, Lora held positions at Merck as a Research Fellow and Principal Scientist in biotherapeutic pharmacokinetics and ADME, and at Provid Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Senior Scientist focusing on peptide drug discovery for autoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases. Lora began a career in academia as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California San Diego, specializing in peptide kinase inhibitors. Lora holds an MS in Pharmacometrics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Penn State University.
