Maria Donahue

Maria Donahue is a seasoned professional in pharmacovigilance and medical writing, currently serving as the Director, Pharmacovigilance Scientist for Cardiovascular, Fibrosis, and Mature Products at Bristol Myers-Squibb since February 2014. In this role, Maria supports Medical Safety Assessment Physicians by leading cross-functional Safety Management Teams and mentoring individuals in project management and drug development. Prior to this, Maria was the President of M.D.R.N. Consulting, providing specialized consulting services in medical writing and pharmacovigilance to the pharmaceutical industry. Maria's extensive experience at Bristol Myers-Squibb includes roles as Associate Director of Aggregate Reports and Senior Safety Scientist, where Maria supervised teams and coordinated critical safety data analysis and reporting. Earlier experience at Janssen Pharmaceutica involved leading CNS product workflows and managing drug safety information. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
