Marnix Hollander

Marnix Hollander currently serves as Vice President of Capital Services and Solutions at Bristol Myers Squibb, responsible for capital strategy, allocation, project execution, and capability development. Prior to this role, Marnix held several leadership positions, including Vice President and Head of Business Operations and Technology at Ginkgo Bioworks, and Vice President of Industry Manufacturing Solutions at o9 Solutions. Marnix's career at McKinsey & Company spanned nearly a decade, during which time multiple roles were undertaken, including Associate Partner and Senior Solution Leader. Marnix co-founded Podimetrics and PolyChroma Inc., and gained engineering experience at MagCanica Inc. Directing engineering efforts, Marnix worked on sensor development for Formula One racing teams and military applications. Academically, Marnix holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia Engineering.
