Moke Sharma

Moke Sharma is an experienced pharmaceutical executive with a strong background in development operations and quantitative sciences. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Development Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb and leading the Development Quantum Leap initiative, Moke has previously held senior roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included SVP & Head of Development Operations and Quantitative Sciences as well as Head of Global Clinical Operations. Moke's career also includes significant positions at Novartis, where duties encompassed Global Head Development Operations and Head of Oncology Development in Japan, alongside roles in project management in the United States. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Program Leader at Pfizer and as CMC Team Manager at GSK. Moke Sharma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds and has furthered education at Open University.
