Natalia García Coria, MCIPD, currently serves as Compensation Lead for Central Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Turkey, Israel, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal at Bristol Myers Squibb, a role held since January 2021, where Natalia leads the compensation strategy, programs, and policies.
