Nivedita P. currently serves as the Head (Director) of the Global Trial Acceleration Center at Bristol Myers Squibb since April 2024. Prior to this, Nivedita held the position of Head of Clinical Development and Operations at Abbott from May 2022 to April 2024 and was the Head of Clinical Operations at Transformative Pharmaceutical Solutions, LLC from May 2016 to May 2022. Nivedita played a pivotal role in developing a strong clinical operations team globally during tenure at Transformative Pharmaceutical Solutions. Nivedita's extensive experience in clinical operations includes significant roles at Novartis as the Central Monitoring Operations Manager and at Max Neeman International as the Assistant Director of Clinical Operations. Nivedita's career began in clinical research and medicine, with roles including Clinical Research Associate and Physician. Nivedita is currently pursuing a degree focused on the Business Application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare at Northeastern University, complemented by an Advanced Diploma in Hospital Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an MBBS from the University of Mumbai.
