Pasquale Buono

Pasquale Buono is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Director, Global Talent Acquisition Lead & Training at Bristol Myers Squibb since July 2020. In this dual role, Pasquale oversees the recruitment strategy for the Commercial Hematology/Cell Therapy division and leads training efforts within the organization. Previously, Pasquale held various positions at Celgene from April 2011 to July 2020, including Associate Director and Recruiting Lead for Commercial Talent Acquisition.
