Ron Gonzales

Ron Gonzales possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb since May 2020. In this role, Ron has led strategic transformation planning and managed enterprise projects, focusing on coaching project leaders in global initiatives. Prior to this, Ron held various positions at Jabil, including Global Change Manager and Program Manager for HR, where responsibilities encompassed leading change management and overseeing M&A integration projects. Earlier work experience includes roles in business analysis at Infor and HR generalist duties at SumTotal Systems, complemented by an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
