Sarah Kaplan

Sarah Kaplan is an experienced professional in global development operations and change management, currently serving as the Associate Director - Global Development Operations (GDO) Excellence Lead at Bristol Myers Squibb since September 2017. In this role, Sarah is responsible for the development and implementation of programs that enhance clinical trial execution. Previously, Sarah held various positions at Bristol Myers Squibb, including Associate Director - Change Management Lead and Senior Manager - Communications Lead, focusing on change management strategies and communication for a large workforce. Prior to this, Sarah gained valuable experience at Accenture as a Consultant, Senior Analyst, and Analyst, working with over 20 life sciences companies to develop change management strategies. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree with a dual major in economics and psychology from Penn State University.
