Shana Posy

Shana Posy has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Scientific Director at Bristol Myers Squibb since December 2018, with previous roles including Associate Director and Principal Scientist. Prior to this, Shana held positions as Senior Research Investigator I&II and Research Investigator at the same company from August 2008 to July 2018. Shana's expertise includes computer-assisted drug design, cheminformatics, and target class analysis. With a PhD in molecular biophysics from Columbia University (2002-2008) and a BA in molecular biology and computer science from Yeshiva University (1999-2002), Shana combines a strong academic background with extensive industry experience.
