Shane O'Rourke

Shane O'Rourke serves as the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb since October 2025, bringing extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to this role, Shane held positions at Amarin Corporation from February 2022 to November 2025, including Associate Director of Supply Chain and Senior Supply Chain Manager, contributing to the development of therapeutics for cardiovascular health. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Supplier Alliance Manager at ADVANZ PHARMA from October 2016 to March 2022, as well as various roles such as Associate Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Specialist at Valeant Pharmaceuticals between February 2013 and September 2016. Shane holds an MSc in Supply Chain Management, a BSc in Transport Operations & Technology, and a BTech in Automotive Management & Technology from Technological University Dublin.
