Shilan Motamed-Vaziri

Shilan Motamed-Vaziri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Director at Bristol Myers Squibb since May 2012. In this role, Shilan leads the Viral Vector Clinical Manufacturing and has previously directed critical operations within New Product and Lifecycle Technology, overseeing numerous brand objectives and global health authority submissions. Shilan's expertise spans drug product lifecycle management, tech transfers, and regulatory filings across multiple regions. Prior to Bristol Myers Squibb, Shilan held various engineering positions and conducted research and teaching at NJIT, earning a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
