Simeon Allan

Simeon Allan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global development operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, Simeon served as Vice President and Head of Global Development Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb in Hyderabad from March 2018 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team for clinical trial delivery and enhancing digital capabilities across therapeutic areas. Simeon also held the position of Vice President of Clinical Trial Strategy & Operations, focusing on strategic implementation across five therapeutic areas, and previously provided strategic and operational leadership as Executive Director for Clinical Operations in the APAC region. Prior to BMS, Simeon served as Vice President at Parexel and held various roles at UCB and GSK, contributing to regional operations and clinical project management. Simeon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Portsmouth and an Advanced Japanese Language Certification from Kai Japanese Language School.
