Yogesh Shrestha

Yogesh Shrestha currently serves as a Senior Specialist in Compensation Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb since June 2024. Prior to this, Yogesh held various roles at Aon from January 2015 to May 2024, culminating in the position of Manager, where responsibilities included dual roles in People Management and Operations within a team of 30 members. Yogesh also has experience as a Project Lead, Senior Analyst, and Analyst at Aon, starting as a Junior Analyst. Earlier in 2014, Yogesh worked as an Assistant Teacher at Green Lawns School in India. Yogesh holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of North Bengal, completed in 2014.
