Pamela Davis Smith

Pamela Davis Smith has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Pamela began their career as a teacher at Fluvanna Public Schools in 1999, then moved to Bedford County Public Schools in 2000. After three years, they transitioned to BVPS as a teacher before being promoted to Assistant Principal at Bristol VA Public Schools in 2011. In 2013, they became the Principal of Highland View Elementary School and also held the position of Principal at Bristol Virginia Public Schools.

Pamela Davis Smith completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in FCD at Virginia Tech Class of 1992, with a pending doctoral program in 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at VT. Additionally, in 2012, they enrolled as a Doctoral Candidate in Educational Leadership at Virginia Tech.
