James Holman

James Holman has extensive experience in the water and regulatory sectors, currently serving as the Head of Charges and Regulation at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since November 2021. Previously, James worked at Bristol Water plc for nearly two decades, holding roles including Head of Economic Regulation, Regulatory Manager, and Regulation Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed regulatory submissions, tariff management, price reviews, and financial modeling. Early career experience includes an Executive Officer position at The Home Office, overseeing budget management and data coordination for regional immigration offices, as well as a summer placement as a Tax Assistant at KPMG. James holds a BA in Modern History & Politics from the University of Reading and is pursuing a CIMA qualification from BPP.
