Alan Einisman

Alan Einisman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and legal counsel roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel at Bristow Group since October 2020, Alan previously held the position of Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Senior Counsel at Air Methods from March 2017 to October 2020. Alan's career includes significant tenure at UnitedHealth Group, where roles spanned from Vice President of International Compliance to Associate General Counsel from December 2006 to March 2017. Additionally, Alan practiced law as an Attorney at Law with Parker Rosen, LLC from August 2001 to August 2006 and contributed to governmental affairs as an Aide in Presidential Personnel at The White House from March 1995 to April 1997. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
