Justin Mogford

Justin Mogford is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and advanced air mobility. Currently serving as Division General Counsel at Bristow Group since July 2013, Justin provides legal oversight and guidance on complex corporate issues. Prior to this role, Justin was an Associate at Baker Botts LLP from October 2008 to July 2013, where representation involved a wide range of financial transactions including acquisition financing and various debt and equity arrangements. Justin holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Texas A&M University.
