Mick Cross McGi

Mick Cross MCGI has extensive experience in search and rescue operations, currently serving as the UK SAR Technical Crew Chief at Bristow Group since April 2015, specializing in S92 UK Search & Rescue as a winch operator. Prior to this role, Mick served in the Royal Air Force from 1999 to 2015, taking on various positions including SAR Helicopter Crewman and Rearcrew Leader, as well as being a SAR Training Officer. Mick's early military career included duties as a Support Helicopter Crewman and an Above Water Systems Operator on the Nimrod aircraft. Education was completed at Hessle High School.
