Tim Knapp

Tim Knapp has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate governance, compliance, and litigation. Tim has held senior roles in various companies, including Air Methods Corporation, Bristow Group, and SourceGas. In these positions, they have managed legal, compliance, and insurance departments, served as a legal advisor to the board of directors and CEO, and driven corporate compliance and legal strategy. Prior to that, they worked as a Managing Partner in their own commercial law firm and as an Associate representing various clients in the energy and construction industries.

Tim Knapp attended The Ohio State University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Tim then went on to the University of Denver to obtain a Juris Doctor degree in Law. In addition to their degrees, Tim has also obtained several certifications including a Commercial Pilots License from the Federal Aviation Administration, admission to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in Colorado, and being a Licensed Attorney in Colorado, Nebraska, and pending in Texas. Tim also holds a Professional Engineering License from the State of Colorado.
