Akhila Mathews

Akhila Mathews has extensive work experience in the field of data and business analysis. Akhila is currently serving as the Head of Product - Data at Brit Insurance since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Product Manager at Brit Insurance from November 2022 to December 2023. Akhila also held the position of Lead Data Business Analyst at Brit Insurance from July 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining Brit Insurance, Akhila worked as a Senior Business Analyst at ArgoGlobal from February 2015 to June 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Business Analyst / Technical Lead at Willis from November 2009 to January 2015. Their early work experience includes a role as a Consultant at Capgemini Consulting from June 2006 to October 2009.

Akhila Mathews holds a Bachelors in Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Akhila has also obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021.
