Caroline Beardsell

Caroline Beardsell has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Caroline started their career at Shell in 1995 as an IT Contractor, where they worked in various roles until 2000. Caroline then moved on to PQ Africa, working as a BI Consultant from 2000 to 2001. Caroline then briefly worked at Shell - UK as an IT Contractor before joining Chubb in 2002. At Chubb, they held the positions of MI Project and Development Manager from 2002 to 2013, and later became the Management Information Manager until 2018. Caroline'smost recent role is at Brit Insurance, where they have been the Head of Business Insight since September 2018.

Caroline Beardsell obtained a Post Grad Diploma in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town in the year 2000. Caroline also holds a certification as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, obtained in 2022.
