Diane Korir, CCXP, MCIPR, currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience, Brand & Marketing at Britam. Previously, Diane was the Chairperson of Kenya Bankers Association (KBA) Customer Service Working Group. Diane has also held leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, SevenSeas Technologies Group, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), HealthPort LLC, CSC, and Credigy. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Coe College and a Master in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
