Boris Novansky

Boris Novansky is the current President at Britannia Life Sciences and has over 25 years of experience in investment banking. Boris has worked in various companies such as Valitas Capital Partners Inc., Redwood Asset Management Inc., Kirchner Group, CIBC Capital Markets, Cormark Securities, TD, Newcrest Capital, and BMO Capital Markets. In their current position, Boris is responsible for leading the Britannia team in providing innovative solutions to their clients in the life sciences industry. Before Britannia, Boris was Managing Director at Valitas Capital Partners Inc., where they provided strategic and financial advice to companies in the healthcare sector. Prior to that, they were on the Independent Review Committee at Redwood Asset Management Inc. And before that, they were Managing Director at Kirchner Group, where they provided M&A advisory services to middle-market companies. Boris has also held various positions at CIBC Capital Markets, Cormark Securities, TD Securities, and BMO Capital Markets.

Boris Novansky completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the Haskayne School of Business with a focus in finance. Boris then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration at the Ivey Business School at Western University.
