Olivia Button

Olivia Button, MLIS, currently serves as the Digital Asset Media Manager at Encyclopaedia Britannica, a role assumed in October 2023. Prior to this position, Olivia Button worked for the Pritzker Military Museum & Library for over fifteen years, first as the Digital Collections Assistant, where significant contributions included creating standards for digital scanning and cataloging over 9,500 items, and later as the Digital Collections Coordinator, successfully managing complex copy cataloging tasks. Earlier career experience includes roles as an Imaging Specialist at Career Education Corporation and a Records Specialist at American Intercontinental University, along with a cataloging role at Follette Media Distribution. Olivia Button obtained a Master of Library and Information Science from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Humanistic Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
