Anna Zubova

Anna Zubova has a diverse work experience that includes roles as a Software Developer at Brite since 2021 and as a Backend Developer at Uptodown from 2019 to 2021. During their time at Uptodown, they maintained and built new features for the company's web application, wrote and updated tests, and performed code reviews.

Prior to that, Anna was an Immersive Data Science Student at Flatiron School in 2019, where they mastered programming in Python, conducted various individual and group projects, and wrote data science related articles. Anna also worked as a Junior Web Developer and WordPress Developer as a freelancer from 2016 to 2019.

Before entering the tech field, Anna worked as a Private Spanish and English Teacher from 2015 to 2016 and as a Sales Manager at LusitanaSol Office Turistico da Russia.lda in 2012-2013, where they designed and managed complex individual/group tours of Portugal. Anna also gained internship experience at St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2009 and worked as a Front Desk Representative at Best Western Grand Canyon Squire Inn in 2007-2008.

Anna Zubova's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, which they pursued from 2005 to 2009 at Saint Petersburg State University. Following this, they attended Universidad de Málaga from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Management with a specialization in Tourism and Travel Services. In 2019, Anna completed a Data Science Immersive Bootcamp at Flatiron School, acquiring skills and knowledge in the field of Data Science.

In addition to their formal education, Anna Zubova also holds a certification in Design Patterns, which they obtained from Coursera in August 2021.
