Mathias Gesar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mathias started their career at Camp Norway Expo and Event in 2015, where they worked as a Projektassistent and managed the ticket system, inlet, and LED technical support. Mathias then joined Dalhalla and served as the Ticket System Manager and Customer Support representative, responsible for managing ticket systems, customer service, ticket sales, and web administration. In 2014, Mathias worked at IFK Rättvik as an Administration and Organizational Improvement staff, overseeing tasks such as player licensing, member support, web development, and managing social media. Mathias also played a role in coordinating educational seminars for coaches and organizing tournaments for junior and senior teams. Mathias further expanded their experience by working as a Master Thesis student at Geodesign Barriers Ltd, focusing on the development of the company's business model through qualitative and quantitative customer interviews. Mathias then joined Trustly as a Java Software Developer and later took on the role of Product Owner, where they were responsible for product management. In 2021, Mathias worked at turnr as the Chief Product Builder and Hacker before moving on to their current position as a Software Developer at Brite.
Mathias Gesar received their higher education from Linköpings Universitet, where they obtained a Civilingenjörsexamen (Master of Science) in Industriell Ekonomi with a focus on Datateknik och Logistik. Mathias enrolled in this program from 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Stiernhöökgymnasiet in Rättvik, from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued the Naturvetenskapliga programmet (Natural Science program). Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in December 2020.
