Helena Alwyn

Helena Alwyn has had a varied career in the software engineering industry. Helena began their career in 2005 as a Software Developer at HCL Technologies Ltd. In 2006, they moved to IDS NEXT Business Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Software Engineer. Helena then moved to Emaje informatics in 2008 where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2017, they moved to INAppz IT Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Brite Systems as Director of Salesforce Practice, Salesforce Practice Manager, Product Lead, and Software Developer. In their role as Software Developer, they worked on the 'EnLite' Visitation ISV solution created by Brite Systems on Salesforce Government Cloud. This project was an update to the State's legacy database, and by modernizing the case management system, the state saw a decrease in time spent on data entry due to an intuitive design and automation.

Helena Alwyn has an education history that includes a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from St. Joseph College of Engineering from 2002 to 2005, and a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from Holy Cross College, Tiruchirappalli - 620 002 from 1999 to 2002, with a focus on Computer Programming and Specific Applications. In addition, Helena has obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Flosum Certified Professional, and Microsoft Dynamics certification.
