Chelsea Ux

Chelsea Ux has been in the insurance technology industry since 2004. Chelsea started as a Rating Analyst at ISO - Insurance Technology Solutions (formerly AscendantOne). Chelsea then moved to AQS, Inc. (formerly ISO - Insurance Technology Solutions) in 2007 as a Software Developer II. In 2012, they joined Duck Creek Technologies (formerly Agencyport) as a Business Analyst. Finally, in 2018, they moved to BriteCore as a Product Owner and Business Analyst. At BriteCore, they were responsible for leading the scrum team, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project, and working closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI. At Duck Creek Technologies, they developed detailed product feature specifications including use cases and communicated product specifications in a way that is easy to understand by the development team. At AQS, Inc., they gathered customer requirements through meetings and the use of a template to develop business and functional specifications, worked as part of a team to develop a browser based policy administration system, and applied changes, designed, and developed new functionality using Microsoft C# on a .NET platform. At ISO - Insurance Technology Solutions, they developed and maintained tables and pages using a web base insurance toolset and developed rating algorithms via .Net class libraries that handle custom events which are exposed via an API to process business logic.

Chelsea Ux obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Keene State College in 2004. In 2016, they became an ACORD Certified Expert Property and Casualty from ACORD.
