Michal Tomasik

Micha Roon is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and blockchain technology. Currently, Micha serves as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha contributed to decentralized infrastructures and self-sovereign finance solutions. Micha has also held advisory and leadership positions in various organizations, including Share&Charge and the IIB Council. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has pursued additional education in fintech and project management.
