Liz Wright

Liz Wright currently serves as the Director of Customer & Commercial Delivery at British Airways, where leadership encompasses a team of approximately 950 personnel to manage diverse areas such as BA.com, BA Holidays, and customer engagement. Previously, at Whitbread, Liz held the role of Head of Portfolios and Projects, focusing on transformational change across various organizational aspects, and also served as the UK Delivery Head, optimizing processes in multiple sectors. Liz's tenure at Tesco PLC included positions such as Commercial Strategy Programme Lead and Business Change Project Manager, contributing significantly to supplier management and operational efficiency. Prior experience as an IT & Supply Chain Consultant and Supply Chain and IT Systems Manager at Sacla UK Ltd further established a strong foundation in project management and system optimization. Liz holds a First-Class degree in IT from Buckinghamshire New University.
