Abel Madlum

Abel Madlum has extensive experience in finance leadership, currently serving as Head of Finance Caribbean Markets and CFO at BAT since May 2007. Previous roles include Finance Director CFO for Argentina and Head of Finance for Chile, managing corporate finance, treasury, and order to cash departments. Abel has also held positions focused on revenue management and marketing finance across multiple Southern Cone markets, contributing to pricing strategy and marketing investment efforts. Prior to BAT, experience at GESTATIO ARGENTINA S.A. involved accounting responsibilities within a small to medium-sized enterprise. Abel holds an honors degree in Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires and a management-oriented bachelor's degree from Colegio San Francisco de Xabier.
