Afif Abrar

Afif Abrar is a skilled professional in the chemical engineering field, currently serving as a Team Leader in Production Management and Development at BAT since April 2024, where responsibilities include production planning, performance management, and collaboration with various teams for issue resolution. Prior experience includes roles as a Trading Analyst at NEXT Ventures, focusing on analyzing business trends and aligning stakeholder efforts, and as an Xcelerate Intern at BAT, where production data was tracked to improve efficiency. Additional training includes a brief stint as an Engineering Trainee at KAFCO, extensive training in chemical processes at the Training Institute for Chemical Industries, and serving as a Campus Ambassador for the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center. Afif holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.
