Begüm Oğuz

Begüm Oğuz currently serves as a Financial Accounting Assistant Manager at BAT since May 2025. From October 2023 to March 2025, Oğuz worked as a Tax and Accounting Control Supervisor at ATU Duty Free. Prior to that, a role as Senior Financial Controller was held at Danfoss from September 2021 to September 2023, involving collaboration with auditors and financial institutions, along with the preparation of financial reports. Oğuz was also a Senior Financial Controller at OYAK Çimento from March 2019 to August 2021, focusing on financial obligations to public authorities and budget preparation. Previous experience includes positions as a Finance and Accounting Specialist at ZEISS Group and a Junior Accounting Specialist at Gürkan Limited, along with a brief internship at QNB Türkiye. Oğuz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance from Bilkent University and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from the University of Westminster.
