Craig Harris

Craig Harris is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at BAT since December 2012, Craig has held various roles including Regional Head of Legal for the Americas & Europe and Europe & North Africa. Additionally, Craig holds a position as Non Executive Director at Organigram Inc since July 2024. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at Allen & Overy LLP, focusing on UK and international M&A and commercial transactions, as well as legal counsel positions with GlaxoSmithKline plc and Petro-Canada. Craig holds a LPC with Distinction from Nottingham Law School and a First Class LL.B. (Hons) from The University of Sheffield.
