Dilshan Aluwihare

Dilshan Aluwihare has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Operations Finance Controller for New Categories at BAT since November 2011. Dilshan has held several roles within the company, including Global Operations Finance Manager (Vapour), Commercial Finance Manager, and Country Finance Manager in Jordan, among others. Expertise includes operations, supply chain, management accounting, planning and reporting, and financial accounting. Prior to joining BAT, Dilshan was a Finance Trainee in Commercial & Corporate Finance at Imperial College of Business Studies and also served as a visiting lecturer for CIMA and ACCA. Dilshan holds a Master's Degree in Business Finance from the University of Kelaniya, ACMA and CGMA qualifications from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Peradeniya.
