Elisa Novoa Torres

Elisa Novoa Torres is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, logistics, and human resources, currently serving as a SNO Project Manager at BAT since August 2020. Prior to this role, Elisa held various positions including E2E Logistic Manager and HRBP for Operations. With a solid academic foundation, including a Master's degree in Management Control from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Elisa has also contributed as a Docente in Financial Accounting and coordinated various initiatives to enhance university teaching practices through gamification. Previous experience includes HR Management Analyst at SAAM S.A., and implementing IFRS standards at Nattero SPA, alongside a strong background in accounting from the Asociación de Empresas de la V Región.
