Jacek Masny

Jacek Masny is an experienced IT governance and compliance leader with a strong background in cybersecurity and project risk management. Currently serving as the Global Head of IT GRC at British American Tobacco since June 2020, Jacek has been instrumental in transforming the Cyber Resilience GRC function and implementing ServiceNow IRM and ITSM workflows. Previously, as the Global IT Security Governance Risk & Compliance leader at Avon, Jacek consolidated processes from multiple teams and improved IT internal controls while designing cost-effective strategies for SOX ITGC Management Testing. Jacek's extensive experience at PwC Poland includes roles as Technical Service Leader and Senior Consultant, focusing on IT audits and compliance assessments, including GDPR implementation. Jacek began the career at Konfipol as an IT specialist and progressed to the role of CEE SAP Implementation Manager at Rigips Polska. Jacek holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and Enterprise Management from Warsaw University of Technology and a postgraduate degree in Business Informatics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
