Kelly Goy

Kelly Goy has extensive experience in IT service management and application services, currently serving as the (Interim) Head of Enterprise Platforms at BAT since August 2007. In this role, Kelly leads a global team responsible for application management services for one of the largest SAP single-instance environments worldwide. Previous positions at BAT include Head of Corporate & SAP Application Services, Head of Global SAP App Management Services, and Head of End User Services, overseeing various aspects of global service operations and end user computing. Prior to joining BAT, Kelly worked as a Logistics & Production Control Engineer at Perodua Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University and has completed education at Disted College Penang and Penang Free School.
