Mihaela Neacsu is a highly experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Partner at BAT since March 2022, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes across the South-Eastern Europe Region and leading onboarding and mentorship initiatives. Previously, Mihaela worked as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at BAT, managing recruitment across the SEA Region and Turkey. With a solid foundation in human resources, Mihaela held the role of Human Resources Specialist at Tema Engineering from January 2011 to June 2019, where responsibilities included comprehensive recruitment, HR administration, and compliance with employment laws. Mihaela began the career as a Human Resources Assistant at AKKA ROMSERV from May 2008 to January 2010, participating in recruitment and HR administration.
