Nolly Mangolele

Nolly Mangolele is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and commercial management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Category Manager (Lead) for Sustainability at British American Tobacco, Nolly is responsible for developing and driving sustainability strategies on a global scale. Prior to this role, Nolly held significant positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk, including Head of Procurement for Sub-Saharan Africa and Head of Ocean Procurement for Africa, where strong leadership skills and a focus on team performance were emphasized. Nolly also has a robust background in commercial operations at AECI Water and Roche, managing strategic sourcing, pricing, and contract negotiations. Nolly’s career commenced at the National Health Laboratory Service, specializing in contracts administration. Nolly holds an Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain from the University of South Africa and completed the Management Advanced Programme at Wits Business School.
