Radhika B

Radhika B is an accomplished professional in the field of Data and Analytics, currently serving as the Global Head of Engineering at BAT since September 2025, where responsibilities encompass strategy, partnerships, product development, data governance, innovation, and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Radhika held multiple positions at bp from January 2020 to September 2025, including Principal Engineer and Principal Architect focused on data analytics, big data, and machine learning. Radhika's experience also includes roles such as Analytics Lead at BMI Group, Head of Data Platforms at Centrica, Senior BI Manager at British Gas, and various positions at Centrica and Wipro Technologies. Radhika holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Hyderabad and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
