Tejas Wadivkar

Tejas Wadivkar is the Group Head of ERP Transformation and Director of the Office of the CIO and Digital Transformation at British American Tobacco since June 2008. With extensive experience in IT Strategy and Governance, Transformation Management, and Performance Management, Tejas leads critical projects such as the deployment of an Integrated Digital ecosystem and oversees IT operations across 150+ markets. Prior roles include Regional IT Head and Senior Business Partner for Corporate Services, as well as various positions in global IT leadership, where Tejas managed extensive IT transformation programs impacting thousands of sales employees. Tejas's career commenced at Tata Technologies and Unilever, holding positions focused on supply management and manufacturing IT solutions. Educational qualifications include a degree in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and an MBA from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
